Web Reporter / Web Writer
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with proven web writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of web usability standards and practices.
- Knowledge and experience in utilising publishing software and image editing software such as photoshop, coreldraw, etc..
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Search news sources for articles about new trends and happenings.
- Accountability for all the development of editorial content for on-line web magazine
- Write summaries of stories.
- Stay abreast of new trends and events by monitoring various online and offline sources.
- Gathering of required information and utilize different media to create stories.
- Generate and write original stories for on-line magazine and its partners.
- Ensure editorial content is written and presented in a format that meets web usability standards and is consistent with standards.
- Collaborate with customer service to enhance website functionality and develop innovative ways to effectively meet customer needs.
