Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort is a 4-Star beachfront resort centrally located at the central western shores of Tioman Island, Malaysia. The resort offers good food, clean rooms, and friendly services at an affordable rate. Other facilities include a licensed spa, swimming pools, beach bar, and grill, multipurpose room, a PADI Dive Centre and an activity desk for organized eco-tours & activities.

Trip Itinerary

• Transfer from Mersing or Tanjung Gemuk Jetty to Tioman Island and Check in at 2pm, welcome drink provided - (Complimentary mangrove swamp walk - subject to availability, register upon check in). Start at 4pm Trekking to Rock Fall and enjoy the cool water streams from Mount Kajang. Explore the Mangrove Swamp and its inhabitants and tour end at 5:30pm. Enjoy set or buffet dinner served from 6.30pm – 9pm.

• Enjoy breakfast served from 6am – 10am and ready for complimentary morning Yoga from 7am-8am (subject to availability, register upon check in). Get ready at 9am for the Snorkeling Boat Trip to Ringgis Island and Marine Park. For lunch (12pm-2:30pm), enjoy the set or buffet lunch at Paya Beach Restaurant. Guest may assemble at activity counter at 2pm for short introduction and safety procedures for joining the Eco Educational & Survival Program (EESP). This program is rekking to the Mother Willow Tree, via main route. At 2.45pm-4pm is Survival Skills Practical Session (first aid, compass use, rope skills, signalling, shelter construction, trap setting, fire craft, cooking utensils, water purification). Enjoy set or buffet dinner served from 6.30pm – 9pm.

• Take breakfast to be followed by a ferry travelling to return to Mersing Jetty or Tanjung Gemuk. Home sweet home, Tour End.

Official check-in time is 14:00 hours and Check out time is at 11:00 hours, surcharge may apply in case of late check-out.

CHILD POLICY (2-11 y/o)

• Child rate applied to 2 - 11 y/o (born year 2014-2023).
• Each room must be at least with 2 adults paying full fare then only follow by child fare.
• Children sharing same room with Adults will be charge Child rate.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

• All packages are non-refundable.
• No amendment allowed 4 weeks or less before the departure date.
• No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.

Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort, Kampung Paya, Pulau Tioman, Malaysia

• Take Causeway Link Express bus service from Larkin Bus Terminal (Johor Bahru) to Mersing Jetty Ferry Terminal. Traveling times is between 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• If guest arrived at the Mersing Bus Terminal, guest can either take a taxi or Grab to the Jetty, the ride is just around 5 minutes.
