  ► Kuala Tahan Jetty to Mutiara Taman Negara – RM2.00/pax/way
Boat services are readily available at the jetty.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

• Official check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is at 12:00PM, surcharge may apply in case of late check-out.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

• Booking must be fully pre-paid and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Careless like left behind or cancellation without informing will automatically consider NO SHOW.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All package rates are net and based on SIC (shared excursions with other guest) per person basis.
2. There will be no refunds for any un-used portion of these packages.
3. Package prices do not include return transfers (van/bus/boat)
4. Seasonality as per below:
   • Non peak season: 1st April 2025 until 4th July 2025
   • Peak season: 5th July 2025 until 25th August 2025
   • Non peak season: 26th August 2025 until 31st March 2026
5. Causeway Link Holidays reserve the right to cancel, change or refund all purchase made. Any decision made by Causeway Link Holidays in this regard is considered final and binding.

7. Arrangement of itinerary is subject to change if weather not permitted, caught in traffic jam or due to unforeseen circumstances
8. Any deposit and progress payment are not refundable once be made
