- 2-Way Ferry Transport between HarbourFront (Singapore) & Batam Centre
- Indonesia's "All Indonesia" digital arrival card is a mandatory for all travelers. You must complete it within three days of arrival and a QR code will be generated, which you should present to authorities upon entry. You can fill it out via the official All Indonesia website.
- Make sure the validity of your passport is more than 6 months.
- Please note that the package price is subject to change without prior notice and may vary according to your actual travel dates.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
- Official check-in time is 15:00 and Check out time is 12:00. Surcharge might apply in case of late check-out.
- Early check-in and late check-out are based on request basis subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room rate may be imposed.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
- All packages are non-refundable.
- No amendment allowed 4 weeks or less before the departure date.
- No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Make sure the validity of the passport is more than 6 months.
- All rates are quoted NETT and open for General Public.
- All room & tour is subject to availability, we will confirm the booking within 3 working days.
- If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
- All our products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
- Arrangement of itinerary is subject to change if weather not permitted, caught in traffic jam or due to unforeseen circumstances
