REMARKS:
- The rate includes 9-seater van, driver, and toll fee.
- Driver details (with vehicle plate number) will be advised to guests 1-2 days before the depart date.
- [ 1 Way ] & [ 2 Way Point to Point ] transfer only include One (1) Pick Up and One (1) Drop Off Point.
- Additonal Hours OR Additional Pick Up and Drop Off Point will incur extra charges:
- o Extra One (1) Hour – SGD 55
o Extra One (1) Pick Up OR One (1) Drop Off Point – SGD 20 - For immigration clearance, the vehicle will use the bus lane.
- All passengers must disembark the vehicle and bring all their luggage for customs inspection.
- Please ensure that all required travel documents (passports, visas) are readily available for inspection.
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

Policies
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
- Booking must be fully pre-paid
- A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the booking is canceled 72 hours and above before the travel date.
- If canceled within 72 hours, no refund will be issued.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Make sure the validity of the passport is more than 6 months.
- Our customer support will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.
- If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
- Arrangement of itinerary is subject to change if weather not permitted, caught in traffic jam or due to unforeseen circumstances
- Full payment must be made before trip.
- The above pricing may vary subject to any government tax and other related costs, such as additional applications etc. if required.
