GENTING SKYWORLDS THEME PARK (Optional Add-On)

ADMISSION POLICY

Scanning of ticket and fingerprint registration at the turnstile is required to gain entry and re-entry to Genting SkyWorlds within the ticket's validity period. Registered fingerprint will be automatically converted into a unique number in hexadecimal format for re-entry validation purposes. It is not identifiable to a specific individual. No fingerprint image will be recorded, recreated or duplicated.





RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The acceptance of this confirmation, use of the venue e-ticket(s) and/or entry to Resorts World Genting's theme parks and attractions implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.
• No request for change of the validity date of the purchased Tickets, Wristbands and/or Passes shall be entertained.
• The Tickets, Wristbands and/or Passes are strictly non-transferable, not for resale, exchange and/or non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced and/or tampered.
• All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection purposes when required. The Management reserves the right to:
  • request additional information or proof of identity from you in order to verify confirmation email(s);
  • deny your entry if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent in our reasonable opinion.
• If there is any conflict and/or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
• The Management reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All guest(s) must comply with the stated safety guidelines, rules and regulations.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

• All packages are non-refundable.
• No amendment allowed 4 weeks or less before the departure date.
• No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.

• If you are denied entry/exit, held up at the immigration for the country you are travelling to, from or over, we will not be held responsible for the mentioned and reserve the right to continue the journey.
• We are not responsible for the consequential or incidental loss, cost and fee incurred by you as a result of invalid or lack of travel documents.
• Make sure the validity of the passport is more than 6 months.
• All rates are quoted NETT and open for General Public.
• All room & tour is subject to availability, we will confirm the booking within 3 working days.

• All our products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
