1. Cancellation, replacement and/or extension of expired ticket/voucher is not permitted.
2. Travellers are responsible for obtaining all necessary entry or transit visas as required by the relevant authorities.
3. All prices quoted are inclusive of 9% GST, unless otherwise stated.
4. Only those who made a booking on the same date as your booking will be in the same coach.
5. A seat is required for children aged 3 years and above.
6. Infants may travel if seated on an adult's lap and do not occupy a separate seat.
7. Bookings are subject to availability and handled on a first come first served basis.
8. All bookings must be fully prepaid and are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
9. Travellers will receive a confirmation email from Causeway Link Holidays once booking and payment are successfully completed.
10. This confirmation is non-transferable, and must not be resold, forwarded, or shared with any third party.
11. In the event of a no-show, the booking will be forfeited with no refund provided.
12. Each booking includes private transfer service at the scheduled time and pick-up/drop-off location, as per the confirmed itinerary.
13. Travellers must present their confirmation email to the driver or tour representative upon boarding.
14. Travellers are required to arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
15. Causeway Link Holidays and its partners are not responsible for any missed trips resulting from late arrival.
16. Causeway Link Holidays is not liable for delays due to traffic conditions, customs clearance, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
