  • How do I know if my order was successful?

    After confirmation of payment transaction, you will receive a tax invoice through your email within 24 hours

  • I just received an email saying that my item has been in progress for delivery, when will I receive my order?

    Once shipped, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days (within Malaysia) or 2-3 working days (for Singapore). For international shipping it will take longer lead time

  • Can I cancel my order after the transaction has been shipped?

    We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation

  • What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

    You may call our hotline number: 07-360 2244 or Email: marketing@support.causewaylink.com.my and provide your order ID or tracking number

  • How to track my tracking number through the website?
    1. Log on to http://www.nationwide2u.com/track.htm
    2. Go to “Track My Shipment” page
    3. Enter the consignment note provided by us
    4. Click on “Track” (Tracking summary will show consignment note number, origin, destination, status, receiver’s name and time delivered)
  • How do I get my tracking number?

    You will get your tracking number through your email

  • When can I start checking my tracking number?

    It will be available online after 24 hours upon receiving the tracking number from our customer service
