ManjaLink Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotion (Singtel Customers Exclusive)

The mechanics as well as the conditions stated below shall govern the ManjaLink x Singtel Exclusive Promotion in the website organized by ManjaLink. By participating in this campaign, customers shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.

TERMS

• Customers are hereby considered as the buyer or user of ManjaLink Card.
• The ManjaLink Card is a contactless smart card designed to store Travel Credits for seamless payment on Causeway Link cross-border buses (connecting Singapore and Johor, Malaysia) and selected local buses, including BAS.MY Johor Bahru and BAS.MY Melaka. It facilitates cashless payments and ticketing across all routes linked to the 1st Link, 2nd Link, myBAS Johor Bahru, SBST Melaka, and selected local routes.
• Travel Credit (TCr) is a stored value within the ManjaLink Card. The conversion rate of the TCr depends on the currency exchange rate between Malaysia Ringgit and Singapore Dollar (Released by ManjaLink). TCr will be deducted as per bus fare.
• The latest conversation rate is reflected at the ManjaLink website (www.manjalink.com.my). The TCr balance in the ManjaLink Card will be displayed in the ManjaLink Self-service machine upon tapping the ManjaLink Card on it. The ManjaLink Account Holder can check the TCr balance of their ManjaLink Account via the ManjaLink website.

CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to all customers who purchase a ManjaLink Card through the Causeway Link Holidays dedicated promotion page, accessible via the My Singtel App, during the campaign period.
2. The Campaign Period: 1 December – 31 January 2026 (2 months).
3. The promotion is open to both new and existing ManjaLink users.
2. Promotion Mechanics
1. Customers must access the dedicated Causeway Link Holidays page through the My Singtel App to be eligible.
2. Two (2) promotional options are available:
   • Option A: Buy 1 Free 1 ManjaLink Card
     The purchased card includes RM20 Travel Credits, while the complimentary card comes without credits.
   • Option B: Buy 1 ManjaLink Card with Extra RM5 Travel Credits
     The purchased card includes a total of RM25 Travel Credits.
3. Customers may select their preferred delivery method (Courier or Counter Pick-up).
4. Payment must be completed upon order submission.
5. For counter pick-up orders, customers must collect their cards at the chosen counter upon receiving notification.
6. For courier delivery, cards will be dispatched within 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
7. Each transaction is eligible for only one promotional option.
3. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
1. By participating, customers agree to comply with all terms stated herein.
2. The Organizer's (Causeway Link Holidays Sdn Bhd) decisions on all matters relating to this campaign are final and binding.
4. Non-Compliance
1. Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion.
5. Usage of Customer Information
1. By participating in this promotion, customers grant the Organizer the right to use their name, photos, and likeness from social media platforms for promotional and advertising purposes, without any compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Release of Liability
1. By participating in this promotion, customers and their respective parents or legal guardians agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liabilities, costs, injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion.
7. Intellectual Property
1. All materials, including photos, artworks, and other content used in connection with this promotion, shall become the sole property of ManjaLink.
8. Communication by Organizer
1. The Organizer reserves the right to send SMS messages, email notifications, or make phone calls to customers (and their legal guardians) containing information regarding the promotion's mechanics, as well as announcements related to the campaign.
9. Invalidity of Terms
1. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Modification of Terms & Conditions
1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, delete, or add to these Terms & Conditions, including the promotion's mechanics, at its sole discretion, at any time during the promotion period.
11. General Terms
1. This promotion is subject to availability.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the Terms & Conditions.
3. By participating, all customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
12. Non-Refundable Purchases
1. All items purchased as part of this promotion are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
