CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
Booking must be fully pre-paid and is non-cancellable and non-refundable
TERM AND CONDITIONS
- MINIMUM 4 PERSON is required to confirm the trip based on their departure date. Cancelled trip will give options to customer to refund the planned trip or choose to change to another departure date.
- All accommodation and trip rates are quoted NETT and open for Malaysian and the General Public
- All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2019 applicable from 1st September 2017. Please note that these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable as an additional upon check-in.
- All price quoted are inclusive of 6% SST (Sales & Service Tax)
- All packages are subject to availability. Causeway Link Holidays we will confirm the booking within 3 working days.
- If guest is unable to attend the departure time of the transportation service provider, the guest will need to bear the responsibility to rearrange their own transport to follow the itinerary of the planned trip.
- All our products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Causeway Link Holidays reserve the right to cancel, change or refund all purchase made. Any decision made by Causeway Link Holidays in this regards is considered final and binding

IMPORTANT NOTE
- A MINIMUM 4 PERSONS is required to confirm trip.
- Cut off dates for each trip is three (3) days before travelling date.
- All activities will be paused for 1 hour from 12pm until 1pm.
- Customer are not allowed to do any outdoor activities if raining.
